The Development Director is responsible for all development efforts ensuring the successful growth of The Five Points Theatre Club. This is a brand-new position in the organization, as such the Director has the opportunity to envision and guide development strategies and execution. This is a part-time, 3-6hr/week, volunteer position that will, if selected, receive a paid contract upon funding.
-Developing and executing the FPTC’s annual fundraising plan
-Securing financial support from individuals, foundations, and corporations
-Developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with major donors
-Creating and employing a strategy for a large, sustained base of annual individual donors, providing communication and donor retention
-Overseeing organization of fundraising events
-Identifying appropriate grants for FPTC and submitting proposals
-Maintaining grant obligations and requirements

The Marketing Director oversees all marketing, publicity, and PR for The Five Points Theatre Club. This is a brand-new position in the organization, as such the Marketing Director has the opportunity to envision and guide marketing strategies and execution. This is a part-time, 3-6hr/week, volunteer position that will, if selected, receive a paid contract upon funding.
-Develops and oversees FPTC Marketing strategies including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
-Managing social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
-Works closely with Development Director to launch timely, engaging marketing campaigns for development functions
-Maintain current working knowledge of best marketing strategies and implement said strategies when relevant
-Develop and deliver marketing and communication strategies and budgeting for the organization.

This position calls for a theatre teaching Rockstar! Teachers should have a basic proficiency in most theatre education. Our classroom structure requires flexible theatre educators capable of passionately integrating their personal teaching style with the educational needs of our students. Scheduling is dependent on The FPTC's needs, and could very between Lead Instructor, or Assistant Instructor.
-Working with students ages 5-55
-Operating traditional stage equipment and tools
-Working with co-teachers or staff
